About Us

The Wilcox Family: It all began back in 2004 when Troy and I met at work while we were mentoring children. In September of that year we went out on our first "date"-tailgating at an ECU game. Well, the rest is history! We married in 2006, 2 days after my 28th birthday on November 11. I chose 11/11 because I thought this would be easy for Troy to remember since he is not great at remembering important dates! In October 2009, we welcomed our son James Reed into our family. He has been the best blessing thus far! Reed has brought us so much joy and happiness. It is definitely a love that you can not describe. Even though this blog is a "family blog", I will blog on more topics than what is going on in the life of the Wilcox's :) Enjoy!
